I’m the Sales Coordinator at Markel Capital, where I coordinate our transactions to ensure our sales run smoothly. Before this role, I spent four years as a licensed Realtor in Ohio, specializing in guiding first-time homebuyers and families through the home buying process

Lazer Sputz is the Financial Controller at Markel Capital Inc, where he oversees the company’s financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. With over a decade of experience in real estate finance and wholesale trade, Lazer brings a strong foundation in financial management, process optimization, and business strategy.

As the Vendor Coordinator, Chrissy oversees vendor coordination for our remodel projects, ensuring scopes are executed correctly, materials arrive on time, and work stays on schedule. Serving as the main point of contact between vendors and internal teams, I track performance, address challenges, and help deliver projects efficiently and within budget.

Kylie helps connect our tenants with the right team at Markel Capital to make buying their homes simple and stress-free. From the first call to the next steps, I make sure every tenant is guided to the right people to move their homeownership goals forward.

Her goal is to earn my real estate license so she can continue growing and play an even bigger role in helping our tenants and families achieve the dream of owning a home.

Alex comes to Markel Capital with over 10 years of property management experience spanning both multifamily and single-family portfolios. He works closely with property managers to ensure day-to-day operations are executed with care, consistency, and compassion for residents - while supporting growth goals that align with the company’s long-term vision and values.
